Now here's one I wouldn't do, but you could try. There are many charity functions and community events sponsored by church groups, and there's no obligation that you actually join the church; you're just there to socialize. So, you could go for the purpose of socializing and just be polite to the religious people while you're there. In exchange, you will be in a place surrounded by religious people, including girls.
Alternatively, you could try joining a conservative political group. It's been campaign season, so it would have been wise to join even to volunteer to get signatures or distribute leaflets or whatever. There's always meetup groups as well.
Now, the larger point I'm getting at here is to look for activities, not women. You'll find women based on your interests if you look in places that cater to your interests. Given that your stated interest here is conservative values,
