I recently purchased a textbook from my university. When I purchased it I was told that they were out of stock and that it would take several weeks for my textbook to arrive. I was not of any date by which I had to pick my textbook up. a month later I went to the store and was told that the books had been returned to the seller without me recieving a refund. they told me refund due dates were late and that I had recieved 3 emails about the fact that the last day to pick up the books was the 18th. I had not read the Emails and but I did find one such email sent on the 10th. Is there any way I can get a refund for this or a lawsuit, i just fucking want my textbook.
