My scalp is all lumpy with dead skin or something, and it won't go away. It itches, but if I scratch i get dandruff, if I pick the stuff off like a million hairs will come out too. I think its stunting my hair growth, how do I get rid of it?

Reduce fapping, and start using head and shoulders for a few days. See what happens. The lumps are scabs and shit from you scratching.

you need a good clarifying shampoo. Selsun Blue is good, if you need something less harsh, African Black Soap is great.

Wash your hair dummy.

If you have a lot of hair, shave it off then use shit like olive, coconut or tea tree oil and apply it to your scalp.

Shampoo every day, condition every 3rd day.
Apply both by massaging into hair and scalp.
Rinse shampoo after application.
Leave conditioner in and wash your body, then rinse.

It might be worth finding the right product to use, don't mix brands, I personally use head and shoulders.

You might have seborrhoeic dermatitis. It's sort of like eczma, except not as hereditary. A dermatologist can prescribe you an antifungal shampoo, those seem to clear it right up. Some people say that massaging coconut oil into the scalp helps a lot too.
