I'm out of high school and want to go to uni in the US, and live there, so I was thinking of applying for the green card lottery. Should I bother, or will the fact that I don't have a higher education/much job experience stop me from getting it (even if I do get drawn)? Is there anything about applying that could screw me over in the future like making me permanently ineligible to get a green card/citizenship?
