So basically I have a major problem when it comes to eye contact; eye-contact. I can't look someone in the eye when I talk to them. Not because I'm not confident, but I consciously notice how I'm looking at them.

Staring into their eyes the whole time feels unnatural; but looking around shows disinterest and lack of respect.
Where should I look when I'm talking to someone and how often should I glance away?
