how do you cope with tolerance for therapeutic reasons?
i am having diffocult months and after many years of on anf off use it seems that nothing less than 0.75mg can help.

i am scared.. i am also on a SNRi but since this time of my life is tough like everything that stresses me happens daily in daily life and in my head..
i feel like i am in trouble and don't want to get prescribed daily use of benzos.
right now with my doc we do it as needed but the effect seems to fade easily.
