OKAY SO

im weighing options, AMA, all advice welcome

i work a cooking job. my boss has been a real rusty cunt lately (yelling at me for literally no reason, snapping at me when i start talking, looking for any reason to scream at me) and i've thought about quitting. today, i saw a disciplinary writeup with my name on it. my boss wrote me up for calling in sick (was violently heaving chunks, i guess she was pissed because i called 5min before my shift, even tho that's when i started puking) but also wrote that my station wasnt set up and that i "gave her attitude". the latter are both complete lies, i think shes just mad she had to cover my shift. she asked me to come in tomorrow for a 'routine review' which i sensed was actually a meeting scheduled to discipline me or something.

anyway, the market is good here and ive never had a hard time finding work. ill be okay for money if i quit, im just not sure if i should quit now and email the owner & my boss explaining why, or bring up in the meeting with the chef and owner that this writeup is a total fabrication and probably get fired for 'denying the truth' or some shit. i want to leave on my terms- not fired and obvi if i call her a liar i can't work there anymore.
