My brother is a drug addict and a general asshole. This is causing our family quite a few problems.

For people who have experience with this sort of thing, is there anything we can do, at least to lessen our own trouble, if he just doesn't give a shit about anything but using drugs?

Is there any way to force him to hit rock bottom?
