So today I had to go fill out some paperwork for a new job I got, and they wanted me to fill out a criminal history sheet.
I'm 22, when I was 18/19 I accumulated a couple underage consumption charges. I served jail time, and went to treatment successfully.
I am highly under the impression that they were expunged so I did not list them, but I can't help but be paranoid that they might come up on a background check.
Am I fucked?
