1. Practice: Practice with girls you don't care about. You need to practice a lot. Sperg on girls at places where you probably won't see them again so you don't worry as much. No amount of advice will replace practice, because practice is the natural way to learn.

4. Confidence is like the blank piece in scrabble. It can smooth out many situations that would be very awkward without it.
