>>16395638I used to be a nervous wreck. My NEET days consisted of sitting at home on /r9k/ thinking about how much of a shit card I had been dealt in life, hanging out with people I really disliked to bum drugs, and talking to a gf who wasn't into me.
I got into yoga and Buddhism/Hinduism and I found a bliss so deep it blew my mind. I also found peace of mind, I was finally free from the constant worrying mind chatter I had accumulated. I was happy again. And from there, I began to build up my confidence, self esteem and personal belief system.
I'm not pushing my beliefs, as I take aspects of whatever is right to build a bigger picture of the truth, but I assure you all that meditation is the cure for chronic anxiety. It essentially quiets your over active mind and causes feelings of joy and love to emenate from an impenetrable fortress - the essence of life itself.
The Buddha refers to Nirvana as an end to suffering. This state is accessible to everyone and is very non-exclusive. Simply close your eyes, sit with a straight back and crossed legs, place your hands into your lap and began to breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Place your attention onto your breath , and if you may have a thought allow it to pass and place your attention back on to your breathing.
Google how to meditate. If you are tired of your suffering, go ahead. Peace and love, friends.
