My mother and myself want to relocate to Santa Fe New Mexico. She has a bachelors in Business and I have an associates degree, and am in business school.

How do you get hired for a job before moving to the city? Is it best to just send out online applications and do a Skype interview?

Yes, look for jobs before you move. You can use Skype for a interview. I had a buddy who moved from Chicago to South Bend. He did his interview over the phone, then on Skype. Didn't go in person to do an interview.

Why not fly?

I'm coming from Chicago. Is it harder to get a job since New Mexico is on the other side of the country?
