how do you deal with someone who stone walls you?
when I raise an issue with this person the exact some thing happens
1. they say that they do not care about the issue, or that it's my problem not theirs; even when it is their areas of responsibility, their actions have caused the issue, or they are in a position in which they could help
2. they are evasive, try to put the issue off, try to divert you.
they refuse to set a later time for discussion, won't negotiate, they walk off, leave the building, close windows and doors
3. they get aggressive and angry, yell at you and become abusive, try to intimidate or threaten you in a hope that you will drop the issue
this is a common set of behaviors from what I understand, but I still don't know how to deal with it.
>inb4 don't have anything to do with them
this is simply not an option
