Asking for some honest advice on this one

I've come across this girl on tinder
She's a 5/10 at best. Really insecure.

Talked with her for a bit. She went from being ultra innocent to talk sex a little but she doesn't know much about it.
Didn't want to meet for a drink too soon because of exams she has in a month.

We kept talking, I think she's falling in love hard.
Like she told me she's giving me the authorization to go fuck other girls in the meantime because of exams. She wants to try fantaisies and stuff with me but she'd rather have me fuck around before having her for myself than leave for good.

We kept talking about sex. She has fantaisies about S&M, being a slave and such. Like she's really into autority and domination from what I've understood (she doesn't talk about it directly, very prude).

Still, after having more and more pictures of her I don't find her that cute. She has a very average body as well. I've had girlfriends way better looking and we are only talking about sex.

I'm considering going for it only for the whole experience of having a blank canevas and turning her into a slave. (she doesn't seem to have any sexual experience at all from our conversations)
But at the same time I feel guilty already...

TL;DR: Pure innocent girl wouldn't mind becoming my sex slave. I'm not that attracted to her. Should I go for it anyways and stop being rational about it?
