How is it possible to move from a small rural village to NYC? I want to live in Harlem. Just to work and be a regular new yorker.

The fact that you claim to be FROM this state and want to stay in it raises a lot of red flags. Nobody who grew up in jew york wants to STAY in jew york, rural or city.

I understand the splendor and appeal of NYC, but I seriously, seriously doubt you want to live in Harlem. Manhattan sure, but for your own sake at least visit before moving into Harlem

And I've been to Harlem and south Bronx and Spanish Harlem north part of Harlem blah blah and my friend told me all about it and my college is full of people from there
