Any anons here working in "technically demanding professions" such as law, engineering, science, medicine and law, who also fling with multiple women?

I'm an aspiring musician who wants to compose for film, video games, concerts and my own YouTube channel, as well as perform on two instruments professionally.

I know this a pretty naive sounding question, but I would like to know whether casually flinging/romancing/fucking can be reconciled with a highly regarded/esteemed profession where it's the norm to marry monogamously and have kids (as evidenced in contemporary society)?

I have been watching a lot of pickup artist material such as RSD and the Natural Lifestyles and I'm convinced that I should try out this alternative lifestyle. However, every once in a while, I'm getting held back by an underlying fear of hindering my career prospects if I engage in flinging with women. Is this just a trivial, naive instinct that I should ignore and proceed with ease, or should I give it serious consideration? From the YouTube videos/channels I have been watching lately, I should be able to do whatever the fuck I want to do; one of the PUAs I have been watching says "make no apologies and take full responsibility" and one other guy gives the analogy of 'unplugging from the matrix' to better one's own social existence.
