Had anybody ever gotten Bumps on their penis before?

By 100% stroke of bad luck, I got these things recently:

How do you remove them? I'm going to never talk to a girl for as long as I live if they can't be removed. It's wither that, or I'm legitimately killing myself.

My life was going so amazing until I got these things, too. Life isn't fair though, it's really not.

Ugh I have this shit too, and have similar worries.
