Hey guys,
I let a girl sleep with me in my bed last night while I am in a relationship. We kind of had sex but we were both way too drunk to really keep it going, so it was like 95% heavy petting and a lot of kissing and cuddling. I still feel like the piece of shit I am. My girlfriend and I are in a relationship for 3 years now and I dont want to end it in any way. I wont do something like this again. My problems are mainly that I can not tell her what I did as it would break her. And I will see the woman I slept with still a few times every week because of work.
How can I deal with meeting her again and how can I deal with keeping the secret for me? I have horrible guilt feelings already.
