I'm sitting at my desk, with my laptop and a bunch of papers, staring at a .pdf, trying to study, but I continuously find myself just skimming through the pages, not even thinking. Everytime I realise I'm doing it again, I try to focus, but I can't.

I'm seriously tired of this. This has been happening to me for years, everytime I try to study.

I'm probably going to fail all my courses (university). I feel like I'm becoming dumber every day, and seriously, it feels dreadful.

I literally had trouble finishing this post because of my lack of focus.

I really don't know what to do or where to seek help.

Also sorry for my shit english, I'm eastern european
