I worked freelance with this guy in roofing for a week,its been three months and he hasn't payed me,he owes me at least 400$ its not alot but i desperatly need it right now,problem is i didnt sign a contract or anything,can i still put in a lawsuit if i have witnesses that i was there? and if so,how can go about this,where do i need to go? Any help is appreciated
