>>16401540take it easy the first time. don't let them pressure you into too much because it can feel overwhelming to pretty much anyone, even experienced smokers, if you've smoked a lot. oh also listen to some of your favorite music. it will sound 10 times better. or look up nostalgia shit on your phone and you'll feel like a kid again.
just remember you can't OD on marijuana, it's impossible. if you feel panicky, one way to help is to embrace the panic attack and think "ok I' gonna have the WORST panic attack then if its going to happen, lets do this!" ironically that disempowers the panic attack and it dissapears. it's weird but it works.
