Last night I cut my finger on some glass. It was bleeding a lot so the fist thing I did was grab a first aid rid, rub some alcohol on it, and bandage it up. This morning it hurts when I press on the wound, and there's a little grey/blue ball at the seam where my finger bends that I think you can see in this pick

Basically, I'm afraid glass is healing under my skin. What do? I know logically the answer is go to the doctor, but I really can't make the time until Monday, I just had to take off a few days of work
