My packages keep getting stolen. Is there a way to prevent it? I live in an apartment complex, and the mail area is open to the street. There's a shelf outside that the postman places packages on. I wanted to ask the landlord if they could do anything, because I rent, but half the complex is regular home owners who share that mail area. Or do I contact the post office?
