Why? I have a BA in international relations and I was in the Peace Corps
these are some of the best programs in the country
international relations is one of those fields where the BA is useless, but an MA/MS is very valuable

Well in that case you should be asking someone in international relations. Try asking your past professors, or perhaps email some academic faculty at the universities you're interested in. Look up some people in each of the universities and see whose research and publications are most interesting to you.
