There's nothing wrong with being a tomboy. It's still attractive.

But if you want to try something different, try adding accessories. Add a headband or barrette to your short hair, or wear earrings. Flats are still practical for work and more feminine than sneakers or boots. Bows, lace, ruffles, and flower prints are all considered feminine. Makeup and painted nails are also girly. If that all sounds gross to you, then maybe you're more suited to being a tomboy and shouldn't force yourself.

Like I said before I do a lot of road on my motorcycle at work so I have to wear comfortable outifs. Boots, jeans and leather jacket most of the time, but I only wear women's clothes, nothing especially unisex

These are more or less feminine and submissive signals which will make you appear more in line what I expect you to mean. Know that they more or less also are interpreted as you being interested in someone, or wanting people to become interested in you as due to you showing off, when done around men.

Body language is more or less the only advice I have for girls when we're not talking looks so long as you don't behave like a total butch.
