First serious gf btw. I'm 25, gf 28, relationship 7 month one. Recently my gf has been late, 20 mins or more on dates for the past month in a half. I talked to her about it 4 times(not in a nagging way) but she won't budge and gets defensive. I think i need to show her better than i can tell her. She is pushing me away and the last 6 months were blissful, i want them back.

Her favorite male celeb, is cary grant. I'm sure she wouldn't keep him waiting for a darn date.

How do i "SHOW" her that i mean business?

I'm thinking about get some space from her for a week, to make her realize the hard way how good she has it and know that i have no problem ditching her.

I expect her to do the same to me if i got out of hand too.

I'm not much of a ladies man but i feel like you have to keep the idea in a woman's head that you could move on easily with another girl, that she's lucky to have you, or that she could be replaced. I think that image helps in the longterm. Idk.

I honestly believe we need more space too.She said she wanted to see me more but doesn't seem like it anymore, everything was fine and i probably should of kept things like they were. Idk.

I know she isn't perfect but i feel in order for a relationship there has to be mutal respect. No respect = no love. Talking doesn't always work.

Anyway what do you guys think and do you guys agree with that image i described?
