Ok I made the grave mistake of telling my case manager that twice I spat out suboxone. I only said it because I want to switch to methadone (which will happen in two months) but I thought it would happen waaay quicker so in the interim I have gone back on suboxone.

Anyway my case manager told the pharmacy about it and said to observe me taking it. There's about 5 people who work the methadone/sub counter and 4 of them are just normal. You got there, they get your pills and you put it in your mouth and leave.

Now this one fucking english prick keeps trying to tell me I have to wait in the pharmacy for the entire duration of it dissolving (which I hold in my motuh for 30 minutes, then swallow- during which I can't speak).

I am extremely pissed off with this pikey scum and today I just walked out. Because he says this shit, and just walks away. Expects me to sit there not being observed and do what he fucking says. At any point I could just take it out of my mouthand they wouldn't notice, then I could just say "ok it's dissolved" and leave.

What should I do? Today he was working and said he was going to make a complaint about me, and I told him it's fucking stupid what he does, expecting me to wait half an hour in a pharmacy not even being watched like a good little boy and prove to him I've taken it. He just gives me the meds and walks away, expecting me to sit where he says and then how my clean mouth.

I'm not being made to take this med, I do it out of my choice I shouldn't be fucking expected to wait half an hour and prove to this fucking immigrant scum anything, he can go fucking die for all I care fucking cunt.

What should I do? Before when I was taking it was never like this this has only started since I said I spit it out of my mmouth twice, which was for the benefit of my mother, I didn't want to worry her about coming off it because I'm not sure what I was doing, I wasn't sure whehr I'd just go back on opiates or I could go on the methadone programme
