Fuck running, it's shit-tier and kills your knees, so I avoid it to not make my shit any worse. Runners don't even look healthy. They look emaciated and stringy. Bikers get mad leg gains and hell some shoulder/arm/ab gains from the posture. You aren't sitting so much as keeping yourself up with tension between the handlebars and the "seat", because without the hands you'd fall, thus you aren't resting your weight on the seat fully.
