Hey /adv/, so a friend of mine has started acting weird and offensive for no reason and trying to get money out of me, lets call him NK.
This is how it started, a few months ago me and two friends (including NK) went to a casino, NK brought about £1000 and me and the other friend took about £20 each. We didnt gamble much but NK lost all of his money by the end of the night. During the night NK gave me and my other friend several chips ranging from £5 to £25 every so often. He never stated that we would owe him the money back at any point and if we did make a profit we would give NK back the money he gave us. All in all it was a fun night, NK did lose every penny he had but me and my other friend left with a bit of a profit (I left with £30).
So over the span of 2-3 months my other friend had been lending NK money for food, weed and when he literally had nothing as a friendly gesture to help him out, and stating that he will pay him back when he gets the money of course. Now its been a few months and NK still hasn't paid my friend back yet, and NK has begun to turn to me to try and get money, using the excuse that I lost him money that I "borrowed" the night at the casino, even though he never stated that I was to pay him back and I did with the majority that I didn't lose. NK knows out of the three of us I easily have the least money but he is still trying to get upwards of £75 out of me (which I actually don't even have, yeah, Im that broke).
So I need advice from you guys as to what to do about this, he won't leave me alone about it and it was more than obvious that if he didn't give me those chips at the casino he was going to lose them either way.
(btw from the chips he gave me I only lost about £20-£30 from him in total.)
