So let me try and explain this as esilty as possible. You know all those confession twitter accounts for colleges etc? Well I made one for my city ( not very large population of 100,000) casuse Kinda wanted to cash in. It has a decent amount of followers 10k. Now I don't post any suggestions that say to kill anyone or anything like that, but nontheless mulitple schools have called it a "bullying machine" and are basically offering awards to anyone who knows who the account owner is...am I actually doing anything illegal?
