How do I talk to people?

I'm 26 and still have a hard time starting any sort of conversation with anyone. Its practically impossible for me to approach women because of this.

I don't feel afraid of threatened by other people, I just have no idea what to say. What do?

If you have hobbies go to places where those hobbies are practiced and talk ab out the hobbies. That is the most easy way to have a topic.

That's what I've been using 4chan for since 2006, anon.

I want to be able to talk to people irl, regardless of hobbies or personal interests.

but this "talking to people" business, is it what you feel like you need or want to do? or it is just a gateway to get to the actual goal which is approaching women?

Then talk about the weather or something but it will probably only be a boring conversation. You could talk with them about politics, sports, news, food, or traffic lights.
I myself am pretty bad at starting conversations but it seems to me that people usually aren't that angry if you just start talking with them.

Its something I want to be able to do. Part of it is to be able to approach women, yeah. But ultimately its more about being able to initiate a conversation, rather than just respond to other people.
