Dry skin patches on legs

No.16402987 ViewReplyReportDelete
Need medical help for a minor(?) issue.

My legs, on both sides, have dry skin patches that are slightly darker and pinker than the rest of my leg skin on the front, lower area of the shin (highlighted in blue in the photo.)

These patches aren't noticeable really unless pointed out. They are not raised or anything, just smooth patches.

>Possible relevant information:
The patches itch sometimes when I stand.
They turn somewhat darker in color when I stand.
I work at an office job at a naval base so I am basically a standing secretary, on my feet in one place often.
I shave my legs every day to every 4 days, so the skin might be dryer than normal (I use the intuition soap razor along with shaving cream in a hot shower. Sometimes I dry shave). My legs are probably dryer than normal since I don't lotion frequently.
When I scratch them they look more like rashes/have a smidgen of red dots in it. Could potentially just be light razor burn getting irritated upon the itch.
My coworker said my ankles look swollen although I have not noticed this nor can I tell whether they are or aren't.
I'm 125 lbs and 56 kg and probably fairly unhealthy.
I have bad circulation and potential iron deficiency.
I have had them for maybe a few weeks now.
I'm under high levels of stress.

Tl;dr I just want help identifying potential causes of these weird leg patches as it seems too minor to spend a lot of money on a walk-in clinic just for them to go "I don't know."

I have never heard of anything like this.

Thanks.
