I've been extremely depressed lately. Recently my ex that i hadn't talked to for 2 years got back into contact with me i let her know i never got over her and never had any dating success and wanted her back to which she replied that she wants nothing to do with me anymore. She was my first love and i have terrible absolutely fucking terrible social skills due to having (tricholtilomania)= i pull my own hair out which i shave my head consistently to avoid. I'm having this problem because growing up especially in high school everyone viewed my as an absolute freak and none of the girls would even talk to me. I also have a really bad self validation problem and have just been miserable and lonely and am either just trying to get over her while meeting new people to which i am just absolutely failing.
