The third and fourth quadrant of the back of my tummy hurts a lot. Went to OB diagnosed polycystic ovaries but they said it must not cause the pain. Having repetitive UTI but is healed right now pain still here along with fever. Unable to go to work because of unbearable pain. Any idea what this is? Someone advised me to go to a nephrologist. What to do?
