How do you guys relieve pressure build up in your ears like when you get off an airplane or have a sinus infection? I tried pic related, opening my jaws really wide, and holding my nose and blowing, but nothing works

If neither of those works, you're kinda stuck. You can try swallowing a lot, or take a shower to try to clear out your sinuses and try again.

maybe take sinus pills ?

in USA basic ingredients are pseudoephedrine and phenylephrine - the pseudo pills are stronger have to ask at counter but don't nee d a prescript for either

I started taking sinus pills daily about 10 years ago after continually getting horrible messy sinus infections every 2-3 months yuck and now no problems unless I party too much and then recover just by more sleep

Start chewing gum before the plane starts to descend. This will keep the pressure from building up. With stuffed sinuses, you have to take decongestants and do a lot of nose-blowing.

i thought a neti pot was stupid hippy shit for the longest time, but last year i had a fucking awful sinus infection, and you would not BELIEVE the quantity of awful purulent shit that came out of my nose after rinsing with a neti pot.
