I've had a pretty long running sex addiction. started when i can remember getting involved with sex at around 18 (23 now). have a history of abuse or so im told. All i have to go by this is a court record as i was to young to remember it. The problem i find myself in is that sex is something i need daily to function. I manage pretty well for myself in finding that but it puts strains on relationships that im in especially my last one. She was into it when she was horny but that was very infrequent and came at very random times. I currently want to figure out what i can do to curb this without giving it up all together because i know thats how most fucking addiction treatment works, anyone who knows it would be greatly appreciated,
