How can I get out of a relationship with someone who is suicidal?

They are a drain on me and I just can't take it anymore, but I'm in too deep. I don't want to be with them, but I also don't want them to kill themselves when I break up with them. What can I possibly do?

They aren't threatening me with suicide. They just love me too much and losing me would guaranteed cause them to want to kill themself.

Safely get out of the situation. It's not worth it. They need help. If you truly fear they will carry out killing themselves if you leave, call the appropriate authorities.
