Basically, I had met this guy at the beginning of this year in college. We were always giving each other the eye and he finally approached me a couple of times to talk. However we never exchanged names or anything, so nothing came of it. We saw each other around college a few more times a few months later but that was it. One day one of the classmates I had on facebook posted a picture, and it was with this guy. I checked to see if he was maybe tagged in it and he was, so I added him. He accepted but then when I could see his stuff, it said actually he was in a relationship and he had all these pictures with his girlfriend. So I didn't message him. He messaged me after a while saying he knew who I was etc, so we talked and exchanged numbers. At this point we weren't flirting.
We met a couple of times at college for coffee, like friends. Again no flirting. Then he started becoming flirtatious, like calling me cute and pretty and when was he going to take me out for drinks? But we never went out because I thought he's being a player, however I was too shy to ask him "but what about your girlfriend?".
Finally recently he was being a bit more blunt and insinuating he wanted to fuck me and stuff. I got annoyed that he was acting cocky because he still had a picture with his girlfriend, so a couple of times I'd act petty and lead him to think I'd be willing to fuck and back out at the last minute to piss him off.
At some point he actually blocked me on facebook, but he was still texting me like normal. Finally last night he was trying to be sexual over text again and I said "your girlfriend can help you with that" and he explained that they were best friends now, they were civil because they had to work together. they broke up because she wanted kids and he didn't, and he mentioned he still had feelings for her.
