I am in the middle of finishing my exams for my final year of high school. And i have been considering moving away from my familys house (in the suburbs), and move into a flat with 2 mates in the city, once i enrol for university in a few months time.

However, to make this possible i need to find a job near the city, and with enough shifts i should be able to comfortably pay for rent and food etc.

Is it wise for me to make this change at 18 years of age? Or should I wait until i finish university to move out of home?
