Need advice for buying phone on ebay

The thing that concerns me that its from china and it could be counterfit, althrough seller has good rating and is selling many phones.

Generally, you pay for what you get. The thing about asian phones is that they're a 'bit' lower quality(i bought something similar and a screw fell out 2 days later) and have alot of asian apps that needs a tough moodding to remove all that stupid shit off of it.

If you've got a good phone case for it sooner or later, i'd say give it a chance, especially if the seller has decent reviews.

Check purely the neutral/positive feedback and ignore their positives

Both ebay and paypal are good for siding with the buyer. If you buy it and it's fake, open a dispute right away for being not as described

Though I don't know what the case is for S4s, one thing to consider is some electronic items are 'regional' - so a chinese s4 might not work elsewhere, even if it's not knock off

I doubt that to be the case with s4s, but it might be something to look into before purchasing. If you buy the phone and this is the case, I think you are technically at fault

If possible try to buy from Amazon, instead. I think they have a forced return policy (where if you aren't satisfied you can return it even for stupid reasons) -- but I'm not 100% on that either, look into it
