I don't love myself. There's no reason for me to not to, I'm pretty fit, have a lot of friends, a girlfriend and hobbies that I enjoy. What can I do to start loving myself again? I always compare myself to someone better. It's making me really paranoid. For example, I seriously have a hard time believing that my friends or girlfriend genuinely like spending time with me, even though I acknowledge that if they wouldn't like me, they most likely wouldn't spend time with me. Still it doesn't feel like it inside.
