So I've done some sexual shit (victimless, and legal, also mostly alone) over the last couple years which I quite frankly find disgusting. How do you guys deal with shame and regret, cos this is starting to affect me which I don't like.

Well, I haven't done any active sexual stuff, other than masturbating to POV pictures of my father fucking my mother. That IS fucking disgusting and I feel shame about it, but if anything, you should be proud to feel shame, that means you are not attracted to disgusting shit no more. Always look on the bright side.

Disgust is a reaction to something, it's a way of coping with it. It's likely that you've just always thought that doing x is disgusting, so you feel that way.

Besides, a lot of things that are disgusting are quite pleasurable.
