That being said, no don't tell her anything. Never tell your boss you're looking for another job until you have one for sure. Never use a new job as negotiation material until you've gotten the contract.
If you feel you're being underpaid, and your boss won't pay you more (I would still have a talk with her) then you need to find another job, but don't quit your job until you have a new one. And don't feel bad for the company, there are shittons of data analysts out there and if they can't find a new one because they pay like shit, the company is already circling the drain and you should jump ship anyways.
