Why do I smell like shit? I make sure my anus is completely clean in the shower, very clean. A fecal smell emanates from there and worse is there is absolutely NO residue of anything so I have no leads. Where would the smell come from? I'm always constipated and gassy but smell it seems could not possibly escape.
