Amazon Credit Balance

I recently purchased a total of $261 on an Amazon Credit Card. I paid it all in full on my Wells Fargo Credit Card when the payment was due. I recieved all of my items within a week, and now it has been about two and half weeks since.
The 261 has been taken off of my balance on the Amazon Card, but the balance has not been put onto my WF Card.
I looked on the Amazon account and it said that my payment was rejected...yet they took it off of my balance on the Amazon card.
They have also charged me a 105$ fee on the Amazon card because it was rejected.
Should I call Amazon and tell them this, and have to pay the 261$, and see if they'll forget about the 105$? Or should I wait and see if they'll forget about the 261$ and just pay the overdraft fee?
