Is at least one of you super easygoing?
Are your cleanliness levels kinda similar?
Similar social lives? (aka always having people over/always out/homebody)
If NOT, does the person that's less social give a fuck about coming home to people there? (I am not super social, but never cared about people coming in/out of the house).
Work schedules.. are they similar? If not, does one person sleep through anything?

3 women in a flat together tends to create stress. lot´s of it which has NEVER been dealt with properly.

they are not best friends anymore and one of them moved to england (from germany)

i guess it really depends on how you deal with conflict and what you expect/hope for
