I have these red spots on my groin area.
They are almost flush with the surrounding skin and there is no itching.
Does anyone have an idea on what they might be?

Looks like you shaved a little bit ago. It could be your shaving cream. Many creams/lotions have plant products in them that can cause allergic reactions in some people. It's much more common than you might think. Do they itch OP?

Looks blistered or inflamed. Maybe an allergy or could be an STD.
