out of fucked curiosity I suggested a threesome with my gf, now she's starting to doubt our relationship

sex with her isn't bad, but she has low self-esteem with her body even though she has a hard character and trust on her abilities.

How can you convince her to trust you regarding commitments? You just proved that you're the kind of person who thinks they're flexible. And how can you get her to trust that you're honest about your commitment to exclusivity? You just suggested the opposite.

What you need to hope for is that she's still okay with her adjusted view of you, because those adjustments aren't unfair. They're simple, objective truths about your character. It's not even a moral judgment. She just had some incorrect assumptions about you. Maybe she'll be able to live with the more accurate view. Maybe she won't. But you are who you are; there's nothing for you to do here.
