The vast majority of lenders will not loan money for a car that has greater than 100,000 miles, and/or is older than 5-6 years.
The car has no warranty, you'd have to insure it on your own, and as the other anon said insuring a 2 door, super old "muscle car" is going to cost a lot of money.
Assuming this is your first car, you want one that is reliable and affordable, aka a "daily driver". This typically means an econobox made in Japan or the US. Most people who own cars like the one in the OP have a DD car and just use the classic car for cruises, especially since if the car is old enough, you need to get an "antique" license plate for it which limits how much you can drive it to about 5,000 miles/year (the average person drives double that in a year, I think).
My advice is to look for a cheap compact car that you can count on, and save your money and look to getting a classic toy car down the road. But there's more than one way to skin a cat, so take it with a grain of salt.
