So I have two tabs of lsd I bought a week ago 10 bucks each. This will be my first time and my goal is too hopefully change my mindset because I've been depressed and isolated. The problem is the guy who gave them to me doesn't know the dose, I wanted to know if I should take two tabs or one for my first time. The guy told me one was enough for him so I was leaning towards that. Also how can I use this trip to help me change my mindset, I'm going to be hanging out with friends when taking it which will be a good changer of scenery. Any help is appreciated
